Each provider is bound by a written data-processing agreement and, where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses / UK IDTA for international transfers.
Publication channels (independent controllers). We may publish success stories on our website, emails, and our social media accounts. 6. International transfers
Transfers occur under UK adequacy regulations or Standard Contractual Clauses plus the UK IDTA. Copies of these safeguards are available on request.

We delete or anonymise data once the retention period expires or the purpose is fulfilled.
